How we get paid

As an independent financial advisory firm dedicated to providing an honest and impartial service to our clients, no matter what their needs, we think it is important that we share with you how we get paid and you understand our pension advice fees.

Fully Independent

We do not get paid via commissions from pension or investment providers.

This means that we can truly tell you when you are in the correct place for your pension requirements and show you when a move would be beneficial.

Free Pension Review

Our initial, no obligation free pension review is just that: free! We will look at your current pension structure and provider, provide feedback and give you a route forward. Sometimes that means staying exactly as you are, sometimes it may mean we recommend a transfer or other modification to your savings. In either case, you are not obliged to act on our recommendations. Your pension review will still be free and you are under no obligation to do anything further at any time.

Helping you to a better retirement

If we make a recommendation for a change in your pension situation then we would be delighted to help you to carry out that change and move towards a better retirement. In this scenario we will usually charge you a advice fee based on the current value of your pension fund, however we have other fee options available including hourly or a fixed fee charging, depending on your requirements. Pension advice fees and structures will be discussed fully before we carry out any work on your behalf. Our fees are structured to ensure that we remain competitive and continue to deliver value for money to our clients. As we are intermediaries, it is also worth noting that there is no VAT for you to pay on our pension advice fees.

Completely Open About Our Pension Advice Fees

We’re committed to full transparency, helping you to understand exactly why we can help you, how we work and for what cost
